I contacted Jim late on Saturday, hoping we could look at properties on Sunday morning. He was able to schedule viewings of all of the properties I was interested in ... and more. Jim exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process.

Jim was amazing to work with. If you want an agent who will get the job done and pays attention to the little things, then Jim is your guy. Our home was listed and sold within 30 days when other homes in our neighborhood are still showing for more than 6 months. Jim learned about our home and was able to successfully relay the unique features and benefits of our home to make it stand apart from all the others. Our last agent from Berkshire Hathaway failed to know the home and failed to sell the home. If you want a fighter in your corner, Jim is your guy. Jim is still cleaning up loose ends even after the closing and that means everything to us. Thanks Jim!!
